Two Bedroom Apartments (900 sq ft)
Unit Layout: 2 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms + Living Room + Dining Area + Kitchen

* The Pricing stated above is for base category of apartments, it goes higher for Superior & Premier categories of Apartments across locations. Kindly confirm exact Pricing and inclusions with our Sales Team when making your bookings.
* Any Extra Person/Bed above the stated Occupancy limit, will be charged at Rs 600/night. All children below 6 Years stay for FREE in existing beds, children above 6 Years will be charged Rs 600/night and those above 12 Years will be charged at Rs 600/Night for extra bed.
* All Reservations are always billed in advance. Guests can also be required to provide a refundable damage deposit that is returned back to them at the end of their stay minus any arrears.
* The above published Pricing is exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). However, GST is only applicable for stays of less then 3 months duration.
* Our above pricing is offered for Fully Serviced Apartments – they will include WiFi Internet, Water, Tata Sky TV, Housekeeping, linen changes, Cooking Gas, Power Backup and all maintenance as per plan. Daily Tariffs are all-inclusive but all discounted Monthly stays have electricity billed on actuals.
* Cancellation Charges – Completely FREE Cancellation for any reservation cancelled 7 Days before check-in date. There will be a 50% cancellation charge, if you Cancel or Modify a confirmed reservation within 7 Days of check-in date. If any reservation is Cancelled or Modified later, AND in case of a No-Show, there will be NO refund of rentals. Please note that some Corporate rates will be Non-Refundable and will be clearly specified when quoted over email.
